The Echelon Diamond E1060I is a high-end built-in natural gas grill made from durable 304 stainless steel, complete with a contoured control panel that features LED backlit knobs and a digital thermometer display for monitoring temperatures and cooking times. The grill includes a temperature probe for monitoring food and three other temperature zones, and the four cast stainless steel E-burners combine for 112,000 BTUs with reliable hot surface ignition. The Diamond Sear cooking grids optimally transfer heat from the burner to the cooking surface, while the Quantum rotisserie burner produces twice the heat per BTU of standard infrared burners. The grill also features heat zone separators, a charcoal/smoker basket, and three halogen lights for nighttime grilling.
